We’ve been learning about gravity and friction and simple machines with 202! For our end-of-unit project, we designed our own playgrounds. We’ll post those photos soon. In the meantime, here’s a short video about the Imagination Playground in a Box: Tags: building, friction, gravity, physics, playground, projects, ramp, wheel205, 203 and 206 are learning about the forest. While we were watching Planet Earth and noticing the different layers of the forest, we pointed out many predators and their prey. We also began to talk about how plants make their own energy from the Sun, while everything else that lives must eat to get its energy. Follow the energy to win the food chain game! You can also take a look at some of the topics that we have covered in the past year. The most recent activity will always show up at the top of the home page. You can click on different topics to see different parts of the site. We will be updating this page with new material whenever we want to share new games or information with you. Please help your children use this site by sitting with them as they play or watch. This is a great chance to chat about what they’re learning in science! This site also gets MANY visitors from all over the world. Welcome! |
